The emotions to be aroused are essential and universal. They are called joy of life, generosity, love.
As our concept is to create edible scent seduction inspired desserts lie in gourmand fragrance notes. With this, we asked Andy Choy (Executive Chef of Chateau Dionne) to craft and customized amazingly creative perfume-inspired canelé inspired from Bon Parfumeur scent.

EAU DE PARFUM 203: RASPBERRY, VANILLA AND BLACKBERRY

Sweet ray of sunshine and red berries.
Sparkling, the citric top notes combine amazingly well with the fruitiness of the pear. Red fruit facets are also present. The meeting point between the two noble flowers rose and jasmine magnifies this blend. The middle note, warmed with a sunny mix and the caramelized fruits gives the fragrance its roundness and its “gourmet notes”. The base brings together the strong vanilla, musk, and cedar notes.

EAU DE PARFUM 501: PRALINE, LICORICE AND PATCHOULI

Sweet pastries, powdered iris. The 501 is a burst of sparkling and citruses top notes. The heart notes reveal spicy scents and praline biscuits. Red fruit facets develop. Then, powdery iridescent notes take the lead. The vanilla note and white musk assert their character in the wake of this fragrance.

EAU DE PARFUM 901: NUTMEG, ALMOND AND PATCHOULI

Sensual blond wood, citrus fruits.

A very fresh top note accompanies the bitterness of grapefruit, and the heat of its spices meets woody tones, almost vanilla-like in their softness. The bottom note opens onto more sensual hints of leather and the spice deepens, inviting curiosity as the fragrance evolves.

EAU DE PARFUM 402: VANILLA, TOFFEE AND SANDALWOOD

Sweet and powdered vanilla.
A perfume for the gourmet, with the vanilla pod its core. The 402 opens up onto soft, white flowers with almond notes before the heliotrope offers a decadant sugarcoated, creamy splash. With a lightly spicy bottom note, sandalwood and benzoin warm the scent and you're left with the feeling of mouth-watering dessert.
